What We Do
A fixed-scope diagnostic engagement: 21V assesses one or two defined operational workflows (maximum two per engagement), establishes the evidenced current state, identifies material weaknesses and opportunities, independently reviews the findings, and delivers a prioritised Improvement Mandate and executive report. Fixed fee: £1,250 + applicable VAT.
What you receive
- A diagnostic brief / scope record
- A current-state workflow map
- An evidence register
- A findings register — each finding separates what was observed, the evidence for it, its consequence, and the recommendation
- A prioritised Improvement Mandate (priority, dependency, and risk fields)
- An executive report
- A QA / verification record
- A final handover and acceptance record
What this service is not
Unless separately contracted, this does not include:
- Implementation or automation build
- Managed services or operational outsourcing
- Legal, tax, audit, accounting, or regulated advice
- Certification or a formal assurance opinion
- Penetration testing or cybersecurity certification
- Guaranteed savings, ROI, revenue, cost reduction, or performance outcome
- Procurement or contracting with third parties on your behalf
