How It Works
The delivery sequence: Qualify → Contract → Discover → Diagnose → Evidence → QA → Mandate → Report → Accept.
- Qualify — confirm the workflow, scope, exclusions, and the questions you want answered.
- Contract — agree the engagement in writing before any evidence work starts.
- Discover — structured discovery with the people who actually do the work.
- Diagnose — map the current-state process and its handoffs.
- Evidence — collect and review the agreed evidence sources.
- QA — independent review of material findings before they reach you — a reviewer separate from whoever authored the finding checks it against the evidence.
- Mandate — prioritise the findings into an Improvement Mandate, with dependency and risk noted against each item.
- Report — an executive report and full handover.
- Accept — a formal acceptance record, with any agreed correction window.
A later stage is never marked complete just because work has started on it, and missing evidence stays visible rather than papered over.
